The type of service will depend upon your size of business and your particular needs. Preparation of ledgers can either be carried out from your offices or from our premises.

At least once a month we will collect from your offices all papers, ledgers, statements, receipts, invoices and other related documents. All accounts will then be prepared and either posted or emailed back to you. Preparation of ledgers are either carried out in Quick Books or Sage Accounting according to your system requirements.

At the end of each month we will present to you an Operating Statement, trade debtors list (specifically highlighting those that need to be pursued), a creditors list (also highlighting those that require payment) and payments that might need to be made to the Inland Revenue and Customs & Excise. This report will also be supported with a summary statement of our observations and recommendations.
